Airtel and Reliance Jio have launched separate websites to help people battle confusion and paranoia in the time of coronavirus.
All you have to do is visit the two sites and answer about a dozen questions. Answer them truthfully after much introspection, and you should arrive at the results which could be any of the following: low risk, moderate risk, and high risk.
The major red flags that you might suffer from the disease are the following questions:
Have you or anyone you know visited any of the corona-afflicted countries?
Have you been in public transport and sat in close contact with someone with cough, cold, fever, and shortness of breath?
Have you or your family member come in close contact with someone afflicted with COVID-19?
Do you have fever, cough, and shortness of breath?
Test yourself with Airtel and Apollo by clicking here.
Try out Reliance Jio’s more simplistic test here.
If your tests say that you are at moderate or high risk, call the helpline numbers (080-46848600, 080-66692000, 1075, 104) on the way forward. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
Practice good hygiene, take warm water with turmeric and black pepper, and meditate. This is an opportunity for some good ‘me-time’.
