If you are aged between 18 and 20 years and don’t possess a voter ID, here is the time to register yourself quickly at the nearest BBMP office or polling booth. To enrol online or know about your polling booth, you can visit here. Remember to be at the BBMP offices or polling booths between 9.30am and 6pm.
This is a special drive from January 6-8, 2020 to enrol young voters who turned 18 years on or before January 1, 2020. Make the most of this facility by landing up at your polling booth with two passport-size photos and address proof. Every vote is precious. And voting the right candidate is more important than the party, religion, caste, creed or social status.
If you are not able to go to the polling booths for some reason, you can also visit the NVSP website and register online. If you want to know more about the electoral process, or need any clarifications, call the helpline number: 1950.
