A real estate dealer has accused another merchant of fraud in Sector 2. According to the police complaint filed on June 26, 2019, T Narasimhulu (58 years) of M/s Kumari Infrahomes had inked a Joint Development Agreement with five accused belonging to Dhatri Developers over a parcel of land in Anekal taluq.
All was well between September 5, 2017 and May 2019. The deal was towards the construction of a gated enclave on eight survey numbers. However, the Narasimhulu has alleged that the five accused sold off the sites belonging to him and cheated him out of his money.
The accused named are Harikrishna Reddy (45), Ram Rakesh (35), Mahendra Reddy (37), Amarendra Raju (35), all residents of Sector 1, and Chitluri Venkateshwaralu. When Narasimhulu confronted the accused, they allegedly mouthed expletives and threatened him of dire consequences. The cops have filed multiple charges of cheating, intimidation, and fraud.
