Sector 6 based TGS Construction is in the eye of a storm. Several investors have complained to the HSR police against the firm. Most charges are to do with taking advances and not allotting the promised sites to them. The cops have charged the company directors for criminal conspiracy (120B), criminal breach of trust (406) and cheating (420).
Take the case of Geetha H, a housewife and a resident of KR Puram. She has accused six real estate dealers working for TGS. Her case also dates back to July 2015 like so many others when she paid an advance of Rs 12.5 lakh to TGS for a 3-BHK plot in Hongasandra village.
However, when Geetha realised that the builders had no permission to build the layout, she demanded back her money or the promised plot in her name. When none were forthcoming, she filed a police complaint like many others with similar complaints. The accused persons include Mandeep Kaur, Sachin Naik, Aklu Suresh, Budam Sudhakar and Kodihalli Anjesh Dilip.
