Physio to your rescue
“Exercise is as important as breathing and I believe in treating the cause, not just the symptom,” says physiotherapist Dr Pooja Rai. She is an exercise bible and a posture expert. With good reason. Her Posture Clinic in Sector 3 is the result of her graduation from KLES Institute of Physiotherapy and studying Stott Pilates from Toronto, Canada.
