Resident Kaarthikeyan Mani says car thieves struck twice in his lane in Sector 2 recently, behind Kapoor’s Cafe.
“My neighbour has handed over the CCTV footage to the police,” he said on Residents Watch’s Facebook group.
“The footage shows two men parking their yellow board Etios nearby and swiftly stealing the wheels. They appear to be cab drivers.”
